50 runs year so far, thank you all for the support

So I went out for a 5k jog this evening, still hot at 6pm. Took the pooch with me for the first time, let's just say his greatest talent isn't running in a straight line!!!

Looking at my Strava stats I noticed today was my 50th run of the year and I am currently on 316km.

This is my first full running year after starting Couch to 5k last September and I feel I sometimes now take it for granted.

But it just got me thinking where I was before I started, unable to run 100m without almost keeling over and made me realise again how fantastic the Couch to 5k programme is and of course how wonderful this forum is and all you good people in it.
