Just popping in here to say, “Yey!” I’ve completed week 4 of my 6 week plan.

Sessions now involve 35 to 45 minutes, if you include warmup walk and cool-down walk, and all interval walks.

I like this quickly ramping up plan! Might not be a good one for unfit or beginner runners, but perfect for impatient fit runners coming back from a break!
