Another little run 🏃‍♀️ 🤣

After a few minor health issues over the past 2 weeks I managed to get out for my 20 minute run this morning. Started nicely but then came the ☔️ rain. 🤣. I carried on as I knew I.was only going to be out for 20 minutes and finished ✔️ but was wet. Nice and toasty now with coffee. ☕️☕️. Happy running everyone. Or heal well.

It’s a bit milder here but wet. And the wind isn’t due to arrive till tomorrow so thought I’d better get out there 🤣🤣

Nice 20 minutes run for you this morning,glad you are feeling better, 20 minutes, that's about 3K and the same distance as run 3 of week 5 of C25K, now the snow has gone it's back to rain ☔.
