Just another muddy trail run…❤️🏃‍♀️

A few photos taken on my run this morning. I really enjoy trudging around the edge of muddy fields and along woody paths. This is definitely the time of year I enjoy running best - I like the mud better than the dry parched paths of summer, when it often feels too hot.🌞 🥵 I know that we are all different but there it is..!🤷‍♀️

Anyway, 10k on the trails done ✔️including a couple of hills - yes, I think they are getting easier too!🤞

I have always been a street runner until my recent move, I sometimes don’t feel as sure footed when running on the mud but it is certainly different and keeps you on your toes !

I like a ‘pavement pounder’ too - but trails are what I enjoy best, despite being slower!🙂
