Another little run

I’m not too sure I can call it a run it was more a run walk 🤣 but I’ll take it as a run. Very very breezy and cool. Was incorrectly dressed as I really felt the cold but I’m home now and warming up nicely. Happy running everyone or rest well if you’re on the IC 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Absolutely a run from your description! So difficult to choose the right clothes at the moment, looking out of the window can be a bit deceptive.

A run/walk is definitely a run! Look up Jeffing - it's a great way to bring fun back in to your running if you ask me.

I empathise with the feeling the cold, although I am at my warmest often when I do run... it is important to be comfortable.
