So lovely to get out for a run this afternoon - it’s feeling much milder at the moment too! Another “pavement pounder” on the local residential roads but this time taking in a bit of a hill, which I avoided last time out! So far, so good with my return to running after Covid - although I will continue to ease back carefully. This week is half term for me, so a less busy week to be getting back out there. Next run may have to be out on the local trails as I am missing my woodland paths and farmland fields! 🙂
Lacing up for another little run…🏃♀️🙂 - Bridge to 10K

I love this time of year. Spring is in the air and the daffodils 🌼 are popping up. Happy running.
Beautiful morning here in Somerset 😊👍
Well done Sandraj39 on getting back out there after Covid - it sounds like you’re being very sensible.
I’m also looking forward to more trail running this year - I’ve seen so many posts from running friends of animals and flowers getting ready for spring and I want to join them!
Brilliant, well done! So glad you're getting back out there and feeling better. That trail round sounds ideal for your next outing! 🌳 Will Kermit be joining you? 🐸
