Wow. A first run by the sea. 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊

we’ll I arrived in the south of France late on Saturday. It was warm 🌤️🌅I thought I’ll need to get up early to go for a run before the heat really starts. Then yesterday that Sunday the heavens opened and just like the north of England they forgot to close. It rained solidly for 12 hours 💧🌧️💧🌧️☔️⛈️🌧️. So change of plan. Today it’s forecast to be about 25 degrees so I decided to get up early and have a walk/run along the front. Up and out at 7. We’ll what a beautiful morning to be running. It was hot 🥵 but I did a bit of jeffing for about 20 minutes so I’ve done a run by the sea and it was wonderful.

Yes. I am always so envious of you when you are running by the sea. Now I’ve managed to have one I’m hoping I’ll be able to get some more in before I leave. ☀️☀️

the sea is closed off due to the massive thunderstorm on Sunday. Apparently the water is too polluted🥵🥵☹️☹️☹️
