It's been 2 months since I last posted, apart from questing replies. So what's been going on? Life has been busy as a grandparent, helping out even more now my daughter in law has returned to work. As they live a 2 hour drive from us, this has involved many overnight stays, with interrupted exercise routines. Plus lots of colds etc (thank you little ones) and decorating the lounge at home (mega!). Now we've finally carved out a week to ourselves, hurray! And we've brought the campervan north to the Yorkshire Dales. Woke up this morning to clear blue skies, frost on the camper, still really cold, but was not going to miss this running opportunity. Oh no, not packed the long leggings, oh well the crops will have to do. Out I went, very slowly as I gave blood last week and my iron levels are still recovering. It's still really quiet, no-one else about. Through a field of sheep and lambs out onto a lane. Hubby, who is much faster was coming the other way, he'd wimped out of the hill ahead. Did I? No...up I went ultra slow, took a selfie, admired the views and returned to clock up 3k. No point in overdoing it, when a walk was planned too. All in all a glorious start to our week ahead. Now do I run tomorrow too? Hmm, maybe. Happy running everyone ๐โโ๏ธ๐

This is such a wonder post to read. Sometime life gets busy and itโs so nice to hear what youโve been up to. The Yorkshire Dales is such a beautiful part of the world.
Great run too-you deserve to be really proud for taking on that hill and winning! Have a fantastic day tomorrow, whether thatโs run or rest!
