Today I met another lovely VRB, RunKRun at Worthing parkrun, this is a there and back course and just coming up to half way K passed going the other way, she came back to meet me and we walked and chatted to the end. One of my slowest parkruns but the time passed so quickly.It was cold and bright, only 1 degree this morning, ice on the car but no wind so a very pleasant time to be out.. A blue sky blue sea and lovely view of the cliffs at Eastbourne.
