Hi, today I did my 40th parkrun in the rain at my local venue. Didn't feel like it, but I knew I'd let myself down if I didn't try, so I went for it.

Sometimes it just getting over that initial hurdle of starting… and once you do, you very quickly get into it and feel better for it.

I coincidentally did my 40th run yesterday too, after coming back after a couple of months minimal running after back to back flu’s and things.
