My “should have run yesterday” run

It was dreary and drizzly, cold and wet, misty and miserable … and not in a mystical, beautiful way but rather in a “gremlins are out and about” sort of way.

But I got it done.

2nd run of my 30min to 5k plan checked off and moving towards my goal of running regularly and solidly 5k distances again,

And of course the whole time I was running, I was thinking of how sunny and fresh, magical and colourful the day yesterday was. I should have run yesterday, but I ran today.

Happy running, whatever weather is out there to get you! So let it do its thing; we runners are made of stronger stuff! Right!?

Good for u. Love reading your posts, always different. Cold and frosty on walk this morning with Mr D . -1 here , still in leggings, bottom half doesn’t seem to feel the cold just fingers and hands.

oh yes, I’m made of strong stuff!

Until I look out of the window and see it’s raining. Then I look out every 2 minutes wishing it would stop!

Well done for getting it done !
