My Derbyshire run yesterday - photo

This is the photo that I couldn't upload yesterday - Oldfloss said due to the surrounding hills. Such a beautiful place. The short run was somewat marred by lots of greenflies getting into my eyes, nose and mouth and covering my running clothes! 😁

Lovely photo. You do need insect repellent as well as sunscreen on summer country runs, particularly if near water 😎

I had not thought to use insect repellant. I thought that would just stop biting? will it stop them landing on you or them going up your nose lol

They probably won’t land because of the aroma (of the repellant not you), but depends how big your nose is Pink 😉
