We are flying home on Sunday so today was our last run here, making the most of the beautiful weather and scenery.
I ate far too much yesterday evening so didn't sleep well but it was worth it. It wasn't a day for pushing it or breaking any records, just a gentle, steady run up and down the hills.
Afterwards we had our usual 3k run. My friend Mr Garmin has knocked yet another year off my age, I'm only 43 now. Had a swim afterwards, I'll miss this bit the most.
The kittens were trying to get my attention as I set off, little so-and-so in the picture actually bit me when I had the temerity to leave him behind

Thank you, it's been fantastic. This little one has two siblings, a black boy and a tortoiseshell. The tortie is very shy and won't come near me but this tabby/white and the black one are incredibly friendly and purr loudly when you pick them up and cuddle them. They are so sweet but constantly yowling for food which gets a bit much, especially if you know they've just been fed
🍏So with you on the swimming bit! There is nothing to beat swims in a warm ocean. What a fab holiday, enjoyable runs and kitty cats! Have a safe trip home! X
