Sunrise runs and Adiós Spain ( for now)

Our Spanish holiday is coming to an end. My last sunrise run was today. I will miss these beautiful early morning runs along the coastline and beaches seeing the sun come up. I even did a 10k on Sunday and really enjoyed it ( yes I did not just at the end either) some 8k also thrown in.

I am glad I kept the running on the holiday going. It has enhanced my experience to be up early and see the town come to life, cafes opening up, streets getting swept etc. And at the end to have a stop for a ‘café con leche’ with Mr Roses was a highlight.

So I now need to prepare myself for cold and wet days with all the gear and find the beauty in those fresh and invigorating runs (😬) but for now here is a photo from my sunrise run this morning.
