club run 5k

Tonight’s club run was out round the park run course! It was a good night for a run not to hot or cold! I run with one of the team leaders Pinky ( yes she does love pink). We had a lovely run and a chat all the way round! Have only just run the course for a while 5k I was determined I was going to do it again tonight!

✅ I really didn’t feel like it tonight but my mind was fixed on doing it!

We found lots of goslings and geese on the banks of the lake it was lovely to see!

We had some club tourists tonight from our Paddock Wood group who came to join us as well!

We had a walk run 4k

Steady 5k this was me tonight

A steady 6k

A steady 7k runs

So all though the group is called Beginners 2runners (B2R) we do offer runs for everyone and try and get it more inclusive as possible!

There is usually a group run every evening across Kent you can go run with!

I am so happy I can run 5 k again!
