so this was a hilly one out of breath very quickly need to do this one a few times to get my breathing right!

Beautiful hilly run lots of deer 🦌 around very blustery

it is! On Bank holidays we don’t do official club runs! However we do get together to do runs like these just to keep things ticking over and usually different members from other groups join us!

So lucky to see deer! I am envious. We get them around here but only in twos or threes.

Hills certainly can be a challenge-they’re brilliant for both building your fitness and showing how far you’ve come when you try them again. Over time you’ll be amazed by how much more comfortable many of them will become.

The deer are so tame but if you have a picnic they can be like sea gulls 😂

I grew up in Sevenoaks and remember many a picnic where I lost a sandwich or a cream cracker to one 😂
