So tonight’s club run was a trail run along the river Medway! Heading from Tonbridge towards The Hartlake Bridge !
30mins out and 30 back!
Because it was closer to home I decided to run to the meet up point do the run and walk run back! Though I am slow I am running without stopping for 45mins and dropping down to a minute walk then back to a steady run!
Tomorrow night we are going out for drinks to celebrate the beginners graduation!
