Longest run yet.

I’ve not been around much at the minute due to work and no longer runs for last couple weeks due to weather just 5k treadmill runs. Planned a long run for today weather permitting and had to literally force myself out the door I just didn’t want to go out. Long story short I went out and had my best run yet . 9 miles in total I even tackled a hill witch I usually walk half way up then carry on running at the top I ran the lot. I felt good all the way round. Happy running everyone.

Excellent run, and splits. I'm jealous! My longest run yet will be 8 miles on Monday (Dennis permitting) - but it won't quite be at that pace!

Thanks Fp. My longest run till today was 8 miles. Hope you manage get out Monday I think the worst of the weather is over the weekend so hopefully you will be good to go.
