7k, longest run since March . . .

I'm afraid I haven't posted that much here recently, for the past 6 months I've had a range of health issues which have rather disrupted my running. Nothing serious but they just kept coming one after the other which has a been a bit wearing. I have been running but generally distances of about 3k to about 5k, probably mostly around 3k 😬 Well this morning I was out first thing and determined to start to get back to some longer runs. I did 7k this morning which seemed quite hard work I have to admit but when I check my running log I see its only the second time I've run that far this year so understandable I guess. Onward and upward from now on hopefully 🀞😁 Have a good running weekend everybody πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜€

That's very true, it is frustrating but good to be out there and do a bit longer distance today even if it was a bit tough going.

Well done and hope the health issues now stay away. If you have been running 3k and thus was tough, it might be best to just add 10% each week to regain your longer distances. Or try Juju's Magic Plan? That way you won't risk injury as you increase distances. Keep enjoying your running πŸ˜ŠπŸ€—πŸƒ.
