Boom 10km in the bag

Bridge to 10km complete. I did this with a friend and, as I’ve said before, I’m convinced I (her too) would not have completed this without the support I’ve received here.

First ever 10km I’ve run. I definitely had the iconic Rocky movie song playing in my mind for the last 1km that’s how great it was 😂

May My Walk (run) tells me average speed 8.4kmph and time 1 hour 11 mins and 24 seconds.

Now to collect my badge and just enjoy running about here and there, short and long, faster and slower as I get used to feeling like a runner.
