I graduated C25K in 2019, and although I have run for an hour I've never really been interested in running more than 4-5km. Lately I've struggled with my running, mostly due to life getting in the way, so I've really slowed down. A lot. Last night hubby and I went out for a (slow) 3k, which we extended to 4k, and for the first time in my running career I was sad to reach the end. I can't say I dislike running, but I'm usually happy to get to the end of a run 😂So here's to all us ' plodders'! Slow running is definitely the way to go.

That’s such a brilliant update. Running at that lovely, plodding, chilled out pace is just so wonderful. I’m really glad you’ve discovered that too! ❤️❤️❤️

It sure is! Long, slow runs are just lovely. Good weather certainly helps 🙂

Perfect motion... slow, steady and letting the run take you. As misswobble taught me a long while ago... those lovely longer relaxed runs are amazing.
The distance and the ease of the runs simply evolve... and as mw says, good weather is a bonus!
Well done you!
