I have some badges to give out to you lovely runners who manage the fantastic achievement of running for either 60 minutes or 10k…how fantastic are you???
So…the 99th of January came and went…it always seems such a long month…phew…Christmas feels like another part of history and all the New Year’s resolutions are hopefully still on track…??? I had the wonderful job of hosting last months quest & there was some brilliant resolutions made and stuck to…was one of yours to run 10k or 60 mins??? If you have achieved that then let me know!!! Let me know how it went…attach a picture of your favourite running place if you like…I want to see where you all get to!!! And in return I will pin a shiny new GRADUATION BADGE on for you…and you can show the world!!!
I will try not to leave you waiting too long - we know how great it feels when that badge arrives 😊 It lets everyone know that you have worked hard and pushed yourself to achieve an important milestone.

Hi Mummycav, I'm writing to let you know I have just completed my first 10km run on a perfect, cool sunny morning here in West Wight. See attached watch splits. I had a target time of 90 minutes or less so I am very pleased with my result and the last km being the fastest split. Watch time 1:27:14.Hope all's well with you.
