Whatever the weather, whatever.

On the face of it , looking out of the window early afternoon, not much has changed, the frost is still on the ground and it looks suitably cold. But the wind has dropped and the air is clear and the sun is shining.6 k set as the distance and just two layers to encourage me to work a bit harder to warm up! But I'll keep the beanie and the gloves on. For PR on Saturday it was three layers and a jacket and I was still cold on the extremities, will I be under thermaled!

Well absolute toasted, I guess it's the lack of wind that is the key factor, running is so much easier and warmer.

A tad lethargic however, expecting more, but still feel so much better for having run and that is the activity and objective after all.

Whatever....

Feeling better and enjoying... you'll weather the weather, whatever the weather, whether you're thermaled or not!

Well done you!

Well done, it is cold out there . . . its rare that my gloves don't come off half way through but I did 5k yesterday and the gloves stayed on all the way 🥶

I agree the wind makes it all so much colder. Good 6k 👍

I think I've been wearing gloves since September 🤣.
