I remain optimistic that as the New Year approaches I will start to run again. My tendon problem is still much the same so I feel like it's time to start my comeback. Next week I'm going to go out and Jeff a bit. One minute on and one minute off. Just to see how it goes. I'm keen to get my dog involved too which will be a hoot as he is mad as a hatter. Watch this space....but let me get Christmas out of the way first!

Yes, Christmas first.
I’ve also taken to Jeffing for the moment, as part of my recovery from Calf strain. And I’m loving it. It also gave me the feeling that I’m exploring something new, rather than repeating something old, so double plus for me.
Have fun with jeffing!
