Tim's Run North Yorkshire

Headed out under a leaden sky, to commemorate our friend and mentor, Tim. I didn't walk or stretch and know that Tim would've tutted and provided me with evidence based reasons why this is a bad idea!

I started running almost 6 years ago now and the help and advice that Tim has given me has been invaluable. I do not believe that I would have carried on running without him. So I will carry him in my memory: Just running and smiling .
