Dog walk, I've been joining my daughter most nights and now it's dark earlier we've gone out earlier, tonight I nearly passed but went, we've been walking along the river lately and throwing the ball, dog gets a good run and a swim and we get a good chat.Tonight was later so we went to the green that is by the beach, threw the ball and walked round a few times, then she says shall we run to the end? Don't throw the ball or you'll fall over him, so we ran, in wellies from one end to the other, it was like running in weights.

Then we turned and ran back, both puffing a bit but could talk, we never stop talking. Walked round again, played with the dog, and went back to the car.

Not sure it counts as a run but it was fun

My daughter introduced up to C25K, she got through half of week 1 run 2 and never went again but we sometimes run around with the dog
