I have just started the NRC 10k plan to give me a good grounding after not being so active over the summer. CBDB has kindly updated the plan with links - it is a pinned post if you want to have a look at it.
I have just finished week 1 this morning with a 5km run. The plan has 5 runs a week but 3 is my normal number of runs so am taking more than one week at a time to do the plan!
