Nearly there!

Yaas! I ran for 60 minutes non-stop tonight, for the first time ever. Still slower than an arthritic snail, but also ridiculously chuffed with myself. Roll on 10k!

Brilliant effort, not that slow, give yourself some credit for a well run 8k. You can also grab that 60min badge. Happy running 🤗

Amazing, huge congratulations on your brilliant achievement, running for a whole hour is fantastic, well done. Did you think it would be possible when you were starting out with the 1 minute runs at the start of C25K? 🎊🎉🍾

You can get yourself a badge for that you know, just go to the graduate pinned post for July and let them know you've run for 60 minutes.

Well done again, celebrate well and happy running 🥳🎊🎉🍾💪🏃‍♀️🥂

Ooh a badge (love a badge 😁😁)! You're right, I almost packed it in at the start of C25K because the early runs nearly killed me & I feared that with a resurfaced hip it wasn't for me, but here we are! I really appreciate the support and information I get here.

Well done. Doesn’t matter that you resemble a snail. Slow and steady does it. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

That's brill, similar time and distance as mine 4 weeks ago. I then took it easy for the next 2 weeks and did the big 10km average 8 30 a km. Did both very comfortably. Remember it's not a race, and got to stay injury free.

Just do it in YOUR time.
