All amazing running folk giving the most helpful advice and guidance 👏🏻 It’s lovely of you all to take the time to commit to responding to all runners. 🤗
Thank you so much for all the time you put in. I don't ever really put posts up but I read most comments most days. It has helped me such a lot. Thank you.
Thanks so much for doing this. I am another who always reads but doesn't post too often but I would have never got so far without all the help and support on here. You are much appreciated!!
Thanks to everyone, IannodaTruffe is a expert here on C25K, before anyone starts C25K read his excellent detailed posts, however, I usually summerise to new runners who start the course or about to by telling them to take all the runs slowly, they can repeat any runs or week's if they want to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, its really nice that I am now an Ambassador on the Couch and Bridge forums.
