Duh 🙄 I was looking through the runs left on week 3 of this plan and there was 1 recovery run, 1 x 21 minute speed run and 1 x 30 minute speed run, well after yesterday I didn’t want a long run, so picked the 21 minute run and off we went.
This didn’t sound right, nothing about pushing myself just talk of just a run, run easy etc. We did a 5 minute warm up walk and I wanted to see how fast I could go and if i could keep up with Willow, nope I can’t but first kilometre 8.50 so that’s good then just eased back as Willow walked back to the car having run another kilometre in under 8 minutes, big grin on his face, I decided to go round the river at the back of the lake and it’s a bit up and down there so just carried in to the end up and down up and down, not really hills just short steep bits.
No after run swim today, there’s a vintage car thing nearby which we are going to then Willow will watch tennis this afternoon while I lay down somewhere then after tennis there’s a swim, back to work tomorrow, don’t weekends fly by?
