NRC Run Strong Repeat (30 min) as I wanted to get my June Sweat Badge, which I did! 😊
Got out there, not quite as early as some of you, but definitely early enough!
This run is a good one for my jeffing, just taking the intensity levels down a notch or two, so the pace of 9/10 I ran 8/10, and 5k pace at 7/10 I ran ca 6/10. And recovery at walking pace.
So that makes it a rather nice leisurely recovery run, with Coach Cox letting you know the 90/45 sec intervals.
As it had rained yesterday, my leggings were wet by the end of the run from brushing against wet grasses, so refreshments were built into the run! 🤣
