W4R2 tried to run slower this time round,I think it's working

The photo is my 1st run on Monday I forgot to switch my Garmin on this morning, but the run was identical I (think)

Now that my chest infection is almost gone I am beginning to enjoy it once again, especially now that I have stopped comparing myself to how I was .

Happy running everyoneeveryone

I think many of us (myself included) have a tendency to compare ourselves to how we were. As long as we don't get too bogged down with it then it’s only natural.

It’s so satisfying when we feel better after a period of illness. Well done!

As they say comparison is the thief of joy, I too look back and feel frustrated that I’m slower than I was, it’s just good to be able to run though

Well done, also on the fact you stopped comparing. Just enjoy yourself!
