I am never in a hurry that’s why it takes so long to run any distance I’m glad it’s in the mend

Hello Willow, Solo and Ian, I already have a 10-mile badge next to my username, however, I haven't run 10 miles since last October, I attempted it this morning, no, it didn't happen, I think I set off too fast as my 5K and 8K split times were quicker than last week when I only ran 8K in a time of 58.07, this morning my 8K split time was 57.56 and from then on I seemed to get slower and stopped at 12K in a time of 1:32:11, I'll try again sometime later in the year after I run a little slower and build up to 16K/10 miles as I did last year by running 1K more each week.

Hi, very slowly trying to build up to 10k, a bit off-and-on due to life being busy. Have now managed almost 8k but took me 60 mins, so please could I have a 60 minute badge to spur me on? Never thought I would be able to run for an hour when I started C25K!
