First run after physio!

Hi all,

So this morning I did my first short run after a few weeks of physio. I have IT band syndrome (I think). I felt the familiar twinge on the outside of my knee after just 1k but it wasn't as painful. It still is a little sore. I'll continue physio but does anyone have any further tips? Thanks.

Can you call your physiotherapist for advice? They know so much and, more to the point, actually know the issues you've been working on. More likely they'll tell you what you need rather than us lot :)
