I really am Jools, next weeks long run is 6.4 k so my pace might dip quite a lot, I’m off Wednesday Thursday and Friday though so should get one long then one speed run in, it was interesting that I was breathing harder on the faster parts then got breathing back to easy quickly
Well done Sola you’re really enjoying your plan. My route wouldn’t t come up on strava if I forgot my Garmin I don’t think. Not sure. I use my Sony android for listening to podcasts ,
Well you never know, I might stick with this one, I’m not sure I’ve got a marathon in me but I just might have a half marathon in me, I like best the longer runs, where I just run slowly all over the place, round the village and along the seafront, or along the river, I’ve run 10k a few times and it’s much more satisfying than a few rounds of the park. I was planning on doing this when I retired then I didn’t retire
