Recently Frenc wrote about how she planned to tackle a nearby steep hill. She envisaged herself striding boldly up the steps to the top, Rocky-like. The reality was very different.

Isn’t it funny how easy the planning and post-analysing are?

The difficult thing is the bit in the middle. Running it. 😹

This is why I rarely plan a run or attempt post-run analysis HeavyFoot , I much prefer going out with no expectations or pressure. Of course, laziness helps too!
