Got up at 6am but could have been up at 5.30 am as noisy blackbird singing his heart out , he’s like an alarm clock,
Went a 7.05 km in 1 hour 5 min around a village near us and got a walk along the riverside first time in ages as a lot lighter. Very peaceful and calm and mild , no sunshine yet but hopefully later today. Met up with Mr D last 100 metres and jogged it with him.
Mr D has upper hamstring tendinopathy and pain travelling into his butt , had it for 5 months he tried a 2 km jog but still feels it either walking or jogging. He slipped going into bath . It’s harder for him to rest as with working 6 days a week , heavy lifting and bending a lot. Anyone had this before and how to treat it and how long it takes. He’s getting frustrated and wanting back to his jogging.
Happy Easter 🐣 everyone 😊

The blackbirds are beautiful aren’t they Doris8 but, heck, they’re early risers! Your run sounds lovely and nice for you to finish it with Mr D. I’m afraid I can’t help with his injury apart from suggesting a physio, which I suspect he’s already thought of - but I hope he’s back to running again soon!
