10k Sunday run

It's a while since I posted but I am still running. I do 2 or three 5k runs in the week and a longer run on Sundays.

I'm almost back at my pre cracked ribs plus Covid level. My first 10k was August last year and 1h 7m. February I ran 10k in 1h 11m 22s and today it was 1h 10m and 8s.

I'm still trying for the 5k in 30 minutes and am down to 32 and a few seconds. Slow but sure!

Gosh Chrimson 51 that's not slow by my book. I started 3 months after you and also born in1951! My 10k is usually around 80" and never seems to change much. Impressed by your 5 and 10k times.
