This was my first run outside for a while .

I have done a few treadmill runs recently but today was the day I wanted to get back outside.

Out of the door just before 08:30

I must admit it was nice to be running outside again in the air and a nice cooling breeze.

It was a comfortable run and followed my usual route .

No problems with the run .

The intention was a steady 5K and that's what I managed 😁

Back home stretches done porridge eaten.

And yes, Misty had her breakfast BEFORE I went out !

Oh, and the Chickens 😁

😂OK, Ok!! I won’t ask after the quality of feline services! 👍😽Great little outside run and the conditions look perfect. And look at the soft haze of budding leaves on the tree. Making me so keen to get out and away from my IC.

Just been checking on my bees now!🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝all the girls seem happy enough...had bantam and two goats back when the young were alot younger...now they are middle-aged 😂

What a great run, and a lovely photo. Hurrah for getting outside! I’m very jealous as I have an emergency trip to the dentist this morning, oh the pain 😣. Don’t think I’ll be getting my usual Sunday run in today, but it’s lovely to see how you and Misty are doing 😊👍.
