Morning all I was up and running early this morning supposed to hav been 10k but had a little fuel left in the tank so went a little further, not a fast run but happy with my time, hav a great Sunday everyone 😀

Well done, that's quite some distance. I did 7k this morning, my longest run since August last year due to cracked ribs then covid. x
