I first did the C25K program about three years ago and was planning to attempt 10k. Unfortunately a back injury that resulted in sciatica paid put to that plan. Last September, after a gap of two years, I restarted C25K and now running 3 x 5ks a week.
Really found the C25K app so helpful and looking for advice on the best app to help me move to 10k. Most of the apps I have looked at seemed to have mixed reviews.

Most people here just JuJu's Magic Plan to get to 10K. It is not an app but a written schedule to be found here: healthunlocked.com/bridgeto...
I myself did something a little different. I kept 2 runs to 30 minutes (not 5K for me) and increased my long run (in the weekend) with 5 minutes every 2 weeks until I reached 60 minutes. Once I reached 60 minutes I switched my week runs to 5K and slowly increased my distance bit by bit until I reached 10K.
