Morning people hope your all well just a bit icy up here on the beautiful Yorkshire Coast so go steady were ever you are, I still managed to smash 👊 a 10k in tho this morning under an hour which im happy with that, was my target anyway, ok people have a fantastic Sunday and happy running 🏃‍♂️ 😀

Oh wow, I looked at your pace and thought that’s nice and steady then realised it’s miles not kilometres, that’s fast

10k takes me about an hour and three quarters and i go slower and slower the further i go, If i could run it in around an hour i would more often but it just takes so much time

That's OK it's not a race you go at your own pace it's all about distance not speed I've learnt 😉
