Hi, it's my first time here and the last run of C25K today. I'm just lacing up my trainers. Feeling pretty excited and looking forward - with the support of this community of likeminded souls - to bridging to 10k this time around. (I'm a five time C25K graduate- cum- stopper!) Here I go. Hi AlMorr, thanks for posting. It does feel amazing to have got here. You were right about the slow and steady, I think I set off too fast, like I had to be great today, but then I got my rhythm (sp?) and slowed down and my breath steadied and I was in it. Quite a buzz.

Hi! Wow, I feel sooo smug. Such a good run and almost to pace. Weirdest thing... Having checked in here, I could feel a bunch of runners behind me! No one there, of course, but it felt like company, which was cool.. So, how do I go on from here? I don't want to lose it this time. Are there good plans out there?
