Back in Malham, Yorkshire, for a week’s conference. Such a beautiful part of the world.
After 3 weeks on the IC due to sacroiliac problem leading to severe muscle pains, I thought I’d try a gentle run, ready to stop if anything went wrong. I had some spare time before the conference start.
So C25K week one it was. A very sedate 140 bpm cadence. And all went fine. Not a twinge but I have lost a little stamina.
My plan is to do run 3 of each week C25K on alternate days to get fully back in the saddle in 3 weeks.
Really, happy to have done it and to be here. 😁

Yeah!! Welcome back I’ve decided to space out the runs a bit more for now so you’ll catch me up in week 2. Pleased to have you back and isn’t C25k even better this time?
