No running but lots of hiking!

Injuries abound and so running has been off the cards for the last 2+ weeks. We were, however, able to get to the mountains and do some hiking and snow shoeing. My heel and calves were sore but I was determined to get out.

I hope everyone has had a happy Christmas and am looking forward to more good running in 2022!

Adding some photos from Adelboden, Switzerland.
