Finally back where I started ! Did 5kms this morning.. no stopping .. no dramas (apart from a rather exuberant Labrador jumping up at me ) .. 45 mins but I don’t expect to be quicker nor do I care at my age .. think I might be able to join the local park run now and know I can complete it .. let’s hope I can stay injury free this time. Also in training for a ski trip later in December .. woosh 😂😎🎿

Madeira sounds gorgeous.. my daughter lives in France and we haven’t seen each other or her family since February 2019😢so should be a happy time for us 🤗
