Nicely done! I've done my first 40 minutes/6k this morning, hoping for the full hour in the next few weeks, my legs seem to keep running away with me (no pun intended) too... they want to be Linford Christie while the rest of me is more Geoff Capes (for those of us of a certain age...)

Hahaha I don't kniw about inspiration... My second 8k next week and I'm loving it - I'm sure you will too. I think slowly working up to running for 60 mins was a very good idea as its prepared us for the longer runs. Will be watching out for your next big run!!
