Well done, glad your able to get back out there, i know how frustrating it was for me, back in feb/march, not running due to various niggles, but sometimes, maybe i little rest can be a good thing, for us middle aged folk π€£
Glad you got out and it went well, Misty looks beautiful, Parker is lovely but he brings things in! we are getting a collection of soft toys π§Έ that he brings in during the night
Thank you ! Oh and Misty does the same , she is chipped and I have a chip operated cat flap on the kitchen door so I often come down to 'Presents' π³
π We have a magnet operated cat flap in the window but he wouldnβt go near it with the magnet on so taped the opener down and at least he uses it now
I think just the light from the window catching the right one, heβs 7 months now, ripped the sofa to bits and doesnβt purr but otherwise heβs delightful
Well done Ian, lovely to have an unexpected day off and take advantage! I know what you mean about feeling apprehensive before a run, itβs weird. Iβm glad the niggles seemed to behave themselves, and next time that hill will be a bit easier! Nice to see Misty unplugged and full of beans π€£.
Great Instructor57 π just going out for that run gives you a tremendous boost doesn't it. Something to feel good about all day! Regular little runs building back stamina is the way forward I'm sure. It's working for me.
I thought it was just me that often felt apprehensive before a run.. that makes me feel a bit better.. and of course we all know we always feel better afterwards..πMisty is adorable..
Haha no, I'm sure a lot have the pre run apprehension πI guess afterwards we then wonder why !
And yes, Misty always makes me smile π
WOW what a tail!! My hairball (I have a nakey cat and a hairy cat) has caused a true blood bath yesterday. She had a checkup and blood was to be taken. But she wasn't too happy with it and protested in her way, because of which a full (but not yet closed) tube of blood flew through the air and splashed wall and floor with blood. Luckily it was my mother who was at the vet with her and not me, because I think myself would lay flat on the ground by then, unconscious π
Too bad you have such problems with those niggles and can't run as much as you want to. Hopefully they'll clear or calm soon! But you did a run! Maybe you can work it up from now on again?
