Running to a beat

I love to run to the beat… any ideas of apps, music, etc? Have done the nhs couch to 5k+ stepping stone with Laura 3 times now. (I love it!) How many times should I do this before moving to the stamina or speed one?

Just Google "bpm playlists" and you'll find lots of options.

You can do Stepping Stones as many times as you want and the same goes for the other C25K+ podcasts. There's no fixed number; if you're finding them enjoyable and useful then do them when you want. Personally I loathed them so much I deleted them after two minutes, but others love them and find them super-helpful.

I use Spotify free app. You can search for your cadence/steps per minute and it will give you a play list 👍🏻

Podrunner podcasts has EDM music with specific beats and their separate podcast Podrunner Intervals has them with specific intervals at specific BPMs.

You can find them on all podcast players.

I also use Spotify playlists with specific BPMs in the title.

Enjoy!

Oh, and How many times? I’d suggest to do each one three times at least and then move to the next one! They can be used in any order, but doing them 3 times let’s you get used to that kind of running.
