Hello all,
Made my first steps back to running after meeting with my physio last week.
I did the University Parks parkrun and volunteered for setup/course check. I did 1K walking as a warm-up and then took the remaining 4K as instructed: 1 min run (jog)/2 min walk. Had a great podcast and completed the course with no issues.
So I'm thrilled to be getting back out there, slowly, and before the New Year!!
